This
a relatively new beer developed for the newly emerging low alcohol premium beer
market which includes beers such as Hahn Premium Light.
Cascade Premium Light provides a full flavoured and refreshing taste. It gives a spicy hop aroma without lacking bite. Being a light beer with a distinctive hop taste, Cascade Premium Light is well suited to most Mediterranean dishes such as antipasto, pasta with cream based sauces, salami, olive and chilli flavours. Similarly seafood entrees in particular fresh prawns, oysters and squid. Due to its spicy aroma it is also ideal for Thai food especially chicken dishes and the creamed curries. And all for only 2.9% alc/vol!
